As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Iron may interfere with absorption of certain antibiotics; these products shouldn't be taken within two hours of each other. Iron-containing products may occasionally cause constipation or diarrhea. Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if pregnant, nursing, on medications, have a medical condition or are planning a medical procedure. Stop use and contact a physician if adverse reactions occur.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if product appears to be tampered with or seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
This product is amazing! I've been using it for a month and have seen significant improvements in my skin. Highly recommend!
Good product overall. I like the texture and how it feels on my skin. Would have given 5 stars but it took a bit longer than expected to see results.
It's an average product. Does what it claims but nothing extraordinary. The scent is pleasant though.
