Acetyl L-Carnitine, Inulin, Acid (Citric Acid), Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Green Tea Extract (95% Polyphenols), Choline Bitartrate, L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract), Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (75% Gymnemic Acid), Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Sodium Bicarbonate (Acidity Regulator), Caffeine Anhydrous, Flavouring, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Colour (Beetroot Red), Breathe Easy™ (Flavouring), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise.
