Citrulline Malate (2:1), Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Bicarbonate), Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Choline Bitartrate (as VitaCholine™), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Colour (Beetroot Red), Niacin (Niacinamide), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Mix 1 scoop (12.5g) with 250ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise.
