Mix 1 scoop (12g) with 100-200ml of water, fruit or add to your favorite hot drink. Simply stir and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably with breakfast or after exercise.
Helpful Tip: Try to keep all cold beverages to room temperature (Collagen Peptides may clump in very cold water).
